Item was regular but location stated the package name

@Bethany110622 I contacted them yesterday and they told me lead Booker is the account holder . TM say lead Booker is the person who paid . So this will get confusing! Hopefully both will be accepted as this would still prove no transfer of tickets . Doesn’t help gifted tickets though :-(

@MollyMayJourno @AXS_UK I’ve just been told that account holder is lead booker on AXS. Think it may be different than TM. I used the live online chat and they were very helpful
