Victim of Rs. 12L cyber fraud. Filed online grievance but 1930 asked to withdraw & refile in Karnataka due to state change.
Over 72 hrs gone, still no response in FIR. Instead of blocking accounts fast, I'm stuck in red tape.

@CRED_club Hi, I placed an order from Cred store on 30th May. Order Id : ZDXGY3D8PWY8. The app is showing order delivered on 2 June, but I have not received it. Have been reaching out to Cred customer support, but no reply till date. Kindly refund my money, or deliver the product
