All representatives still busy??? How long do I have to wait for Honda care? #hondaDoesntcare #helphelpmehonda #hondacares #hondaCareIsNoCare

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

Hey honda, where’s my help?? Still on hold with #hondaDoesntcare #hondaCareISNOcare #helphelpmehonda

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

#hondacares really? If Honda cared, why would I be on hold for45 min. #HondaDoesnotcare. #hondaCareIsntCare. #hondaWontHelpme

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

Actually I'm not feeling so patient

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

Sure would love to give feedback. Is this a direct mail ?

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta So other than your sincere and sincerest apologies, what’s the story Delta? #deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta So our 10:11 flight to LaGuardia just landed in Richmond. Guess that’s good news. #deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta Fellow passengers have theater tickets tonight. 10:11 flight to LaGuardia should get them there in plenty of time. Or not. #deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta Btw another passenger was offered $100 voucher but I figure your “sincerest apologies” are worth more. #deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta On the brighter side, never tweeted before this endless pointless delay. How am I doing, Delta? #deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta the 2:23 to LaGuardia is delayed to 7:05. Now why would that be? Other pilots gotta rest too? #deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta How are your “sincerest apologies” différent from your earlier “apologies?” Or didn’t those count?

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta Another delay ... 10:10 became 11 whatever and now instead of 3:40 it’s 3:58. No more apologies! #deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

Actually I'm not feeling so patient

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

⁦@Delta⁩ Still waiting for 10:10 am take off. New gate but empty plane still waiting too ⁦#deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

@Delta Another delay. Another 8 minutes. I just want to get home #deltadelays

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

Not so shortly. You just posted another delay. 8 minutes later.

[Kathy Kafer @KayKafe]

Strange to see a plane sitting for hours while we sit here for hours. What’s up, ⁦@Delta⁩
