28 October 1938 | A Dutch Jewish girl of Polish origin, Iza Wajnkowski, was born in Heerlen.
In September 1943 she was deported to #Auschwitz and murdered in a gas chamber after the selection.
28 October 1944 | A transport of 1,308 Jewish female prisoners left #Auschwitz II-Birkenau camp. They were transferred to KL Bergen-Belsen. Most probably among them were sisters Anne and Margot Frank.
