It’s been almost 72hours since Expedia told me to wait, and like I’ve been saying they ask you to wait and give you no results! Please don’t book with expedia!! They won’t keep their promises! @expedia

How does one confirm a refund request from an airline that does not exist? I am so confused, this is what you guys should have been doing from the beginning. Isn’t it ironic? Dont use expedia guys, they say theyll do one thing but end up not doing it, theyre just making you wait.

Expedia keeps providing me fake contact and informations, different agents too. Can you guys just check these numbers and emails yourself before sharing it with your customer? And if a customer tells you they don’t work—maybe you should update it @expedia @ExpediaHelp

But then again staying on the phone with expedia might not even help you cause the call could “drop” and you would think they’d call you back to continue the conversation—but nope.

I’ve also asked many times to be contacted by a supervisor or manager and all the agents said that they have placed me on the “list” whatever that means. Yet till this day I have not received a call. So don’t trust expedia to call you back. Stay on the phone while you can

This isn’t the first time expedia has given me false hope and information. Back in January when I called for an update regarding my refund they said they would contact the airline and report back. NOPE did not report back and when the airline went bankrupt, did not report that

For me, expedia never told me my airline went bankrupt, they said they would get back to me but never did. So im at the point where they just keep giving me whack contacts and wont own up to their mistakes.

I tried reaching out to the contacts like they said. Phone number doesn’t work, email does not work either. Wow wow wow #expedia @expedia @ExpediaHelp oh and it doesn’t even relate to the airline that we are talking about? LOL

@expedia I’m tired of waiting on your lies and empty promises. Just give me my refund!! I don’t want to speak to an agent. I want to speak to someone who can actually do something, so give me a supervisor or manager
