@SkyHelpTeam I just think it’s so silly that you don’t have emergency engineers. As I’ve gone the whole weekend without any updates or anything.

@WeAreOpenreach @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been without wifi since 14:15 on Friday. Got told that it can take 48 hours for an engineer to visit but that doesn’t include Saturdays. An open reach van was on the other estate earlier but my wifi is still down due to LOS!
