@peytonmulder97 it's bidding wars on new builds too. We did a new build for this current house and still paid 26k over list. It's an absolutely insane market here.
Now we're matching the highest bidder at 40k over list for a bigger townhome. The single family homes are all 60k over list 😳

@peytonmulder97 Dude keep trying to get her down for naps. quiet time in her room or something. B went through a 2 week phase at like, 18 months and then went back to napping. Still naps 1.5- 2 hours a day at 2.5
