@MartinSLewis We pay a fixed amount monthly into the joint account, anything “life” comes out of the account, fuel, food, bills etc. We have our own money in our own accounts for whatever we want. I earn more so I pay more in. We also pay in more than we need to so over time it builds savings.
We made it!
I’m working the weekend, been here since 6am and it’s given me a little boost to think that 8 year old me would have thought this tiny, simple thing in my everyday was so cool.
When I was a kid I was always desperate to go through “no entry” doors whenever I saw them.
I always wondered what I’d need to do or who I’d need to be to be allowed through them.
I now walk through one into work every day and I just thought little Kayleigh would be so proud.
@JCamachoLegal@AlexTGOAT@realgirl_fieri This is so true. Sometimes I subconsciously lessen the things that happened to me, because I rationalise that if it was really as bad as I remember then there’s no way I would have survived. It was and I did but I need to remind myself of that sometimes.
@laurenancona Glenn has it on CD backup! Since he doesn't have a CD player, I'm heading over in the AM to get it. Thanks again so much for your interest. https://t.co/lbbsLPeBBK
Gaza is a 'textbook genocide'.
This is according to Raz Segal - an Israeli associate professor of Holocaust and genocide studies at Stockton University in the US.
Listen carefully to what he says.
It's based on facts, law and precedent - and it should terrify you.
