@jennaraezin @AmericanAir I’m usually not particular but twice in two weeks of flying with them I’ve dealt with awful gate agents, cancellations, delays, rebookings that added more flights to my trip, & got me home close to 12 hours later than I was supposed to be home. I hope yours goes better than mine!
