When checked on the app it says delivery was attempted which is utter rubbish. There was no delivery attempt, no call. This is how a loyal Flipkart+ customer is harassed? I assure you will take this to the Consumer Forum. This was my last order. You have lost a loyal customer.

@flipkartsupport Pathetic service by Flipkart. Absolutely no responsibility at all. Had placed a Kilo Order on 1st April which was supposed to be delivered on 2nd April. Due to some issues it was not delivered. No update on the app either. Registered a complaint online.

Today morning 6th April received a message saying the order is out for delivery & will be delivered today. I thought finally my ordeal is over. But now just a few mins back I received a message that it couldn't be delivered & it will now be delivered tomorrow 7th April.

The installation guy for the TCL TV I had bought hasn't turned up yet again. Called him up many times. He didn't pick up. The time frame is over now. Was supposed to get a followup call from the Amazon Escalation dept. by 2 pm today.

This only reflects on how Amazon as a company cares for its customers. I have wasted so many hours in this process. This is literally mental harassment. I am sorry to say that now I have no option but to file a case against Amazon in Consumer Court as a last resort.
