Much congrats to a gritty UConn team that wouldn’t give up. For all those people out there trying to criticize Jon Scheyer, he is one helluva coach and one of the class acts in our game. He played the toughest schedule and ended as the #1 overall seed. Championships will be in his future. UConn players and coaches, you have my utmost respect🫡
This is genuinely not normal. Why do Duke players have to go through this? Professional athletes are out here taking their own lives and everyone suddenly preaches mental health but lets bully the teenagers for losing a game. A page with 41M followers posting this. Disgusting
I have no bias here.
This is a tech 10/10 times. For multiple reasons… it would have lost the game for his team and he would have tried to fight the officials like he did nothing wrong. I just don’t understand it at all.
Also, referees need to grow a spine in instances like this.
The fastest way to expose yourself as a casual? Call Scheyer a choker.

To Cayden Boozer — from a retired point guard to another point guard 🙏🏾
You were thrown into the fire in the height of the season, stepping up to replace an experienced Caleb Foster and you handled it like a warrior for a freshman. You gave this game your blood, sweat, and tears. That one play doesn’t define you or the outcome. Real fans and hoopers know how hard you worked all season in the trenches with your brothers. Losses like this sting because you care.
But trust me, this moment will only sharpen your character and deepen your drive. You’ve got real fans behind you, and even rivals recognizing your heart. Don’t let any grown person online ever shake your confidence.
The real Duke fans see you, appreciate you, and got nothing but love for you kid. 💪🏾💙
