so i have dealt with this actually in 2023 and 2024

alcohol is not the answer

what i have found to be is accepting the choices you made came from a point of past conviction.

We did what we did because back then it seemd like the one (not necessarily best or correct) thing we *could* do

Coming to terms with this becomes easier when you give your life meaning again, when you take yourself *less* serious and allow reality to suprise you

you have to understand that regret will slowly erode your soul and eat you alive

seek forgiveness in god
or accept consequences of your action by taking responsibility of your present

reality is that a life can change within a year of concentrated effort

but it will stay the same if one continues to re-live the past

You day to day has to become exciting again - and you are responsible for that

@sarahdavisagain SRX was so much fun to watch. It never felt like "real" racing, though. It was more of a personality show and a great way to connect with drivers across all ages and formats. It was a feeder show for fans.
