@JustEatUK ordered from McDonald’s on NYE. Showed delivered at 23:55 but never arrived. Bizarrely a driver arrived at the door at 10am and asked for the delivery code. As we had emailed to complain we assumed he was in some way following this up. Just Eat refusing to refund.

@British_Airways I do have a reference. Initially I was advised the claim would not be paid and my case showed closed. I queried this by email and my claim went to received. I need confirmation that it is, in fact, still a live claim. Thanks.
