@medway_council the traffic in Rainham this morning is grid locked and has been since 7.30 am. The closure, yet again, of LRR is just not acceptable! There wasn’t even anyone working there at 8 am! They were just leaning on a sign!

@currys quite honestly at a loss with your service team. I dropped off a repair a week ago and still at the shop! Not good enough and in breach of your service agreement. Not that anyone will admit that! #terribleservice

@currys I have done this. You collected it 3 weeks ago, still no update. I spoke to a manager yesterday. Her answer? “It is what it is” disgraceful service

@currys again, absolute failure from you to provide a acceptable level of customer service! 3 weeks on, and still no resolution regarding my broken TV, which is 4 months old. In the words of a manager there “it is what it is” quick enough to take money for a faulty tv tho 🥲

@currys terrible service from yourselves. Collected my tv to be fixed nearly 3 weeks ago. Been promised call back…never happens. 3 unhappy children and a stressed mummy. Tv is only 4 months old. Shocking customer service

@Tesco I have just heard that scan as you shop is going to be card only? As a mum of a toddler scan as u shop has been a life saver, but I will now not be able to use it, as always pay in cash for my shopping! Very frustrating

@medway_council yet again today, rainham has come to a stand still. You keep giving planning permission to all of these new builds, but the roads cannot cope now. Especially the lower road. Disgraceful
