@ConsensusGurus When there are multiple spikes, it suggests some 3rd party infra / internet outage. Considering the MS footprint here it could be MS, e.g. Microsoft Azure or such. People blame Schwab, as perhaps they should anyway, due to product nature & importance of reliability.
