@IDBI_Bank I need full NetBanking access without a debit card before the old website closes. Other banks offer instant Aadhaar OTP or branch verification—please provide a cardless profile creation option so I'm not forced into a ₹500/year debit card fee!

Central Bank of India is arm twisting customers to buy it's chargeable debit card in case you want to reset password. It's frustrating and unethical. Kindly intervene. This is against RBI rules. No forced upselling shud be done.
