Challenge yourself to do something out of your normal routine.
What is one thing you can do this week that is different than what you do on a normal week?
@neilpatel and team have identified the frequency and types of posts you should create for X.
That takes care of the quantity.
What about the content? What do you want to write about?
Write & create about the topic which you are passionate about.

We analyzed 9,700 X accounts to determine how often you should post for optimal account growth.
Videos - 2 to 3 times a week (X is pushing videos hard right now... I guess what Elon said about it being a video-first platform is true)
Images - 3 to 8 times a week (charts, memes, or anything visual)
Polls - once a week
Lives - 4 to 5 times a month
Text-based posts - 3 to 4 times a day
Reposts - 1 to 2 times a day (but make sure you include your thoughts when sharing someone else's post.
Comments - 9 to 20 times a day
DMs - try to respond to everyone to be kind, although it's not as common for people to send messages on X versus platforms like Instagram.
One thing to note with X is you should use it as a testing ground.
Unlike most platforms, X doesn't hurt your future reach if you post crap or mediocre content.
Use it to see what's working, then repurpose your hits for the other social networks.
Try it out, you'll see faster growth.
