@rileyb3d But what I strongly agree with - you can't just replace your own skills with ANY specific tool to do the job for you. Tools are tools. We're just getting some new interesting ones.
@rileyb3d While the message is misleading, those AI tools may be useful, just like any other tool, depends on the use case and context. I've personally tried using one and it works really nice - for background static objects lost in the depth of field.
@rileyb3d And by putting it that way, I'm not trying to undermine the usefulness of such tools. You need those filler background objects too. And I can go to your site and buy a model or I can generate it and pay for the service.
@RealMattOrchard This is one of your worst episodes, honestly, I watched it only three times. While I watched every other episode at least five or more times ๐คฃ
@gleb_alexandrov@HavardDalen Did several renders yesterday. Might not be the most evident lens effects to show, but this plugin gives a lot of interesting results. But for now, I'd say: with great power comes great AMOUNTS OF UI SLIDERS.
Lost some fine details while decimating, but the original 17mil-faces mesh even had surface details of the coriander seeds - which are smaller res now but are still present in the normal map.
