Electricity in this country is always off during day time it comes back at midnight then it again goes off at 4:00am in the morning. The next morning the Minister of Energy walks in his office sits in her chair and signs that she came to work. The citizens are suffering with under delivery, now they will come and say that they don’t own UEDCL.

A Ugandan man named after former U.S. President Bill Clinton is hoping to reconnect with him 28 years after they met in Jinja.

Kaligana Bill Clinton Muwanguzi was just days old when Clinton carried him during his 1998 Uganda visit and reportedly gave him his name. The two families later lost contact, and now Muwanguzi, who dreams of becoming a football coach, hopes to reconnect with Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.
