@MamaMoose_Be @Ocado I have ordered from @ocado for years and have never had this problem. In fact we sometimes have a bag with one item in. Love @Ocado and their delivery staff are wonderful. The company keep you up-to-date regularly and Customer Services help if there is (rarely) a problem.
