Will never use @wowcher again! So disappointed in their service despite being a customer for years. Received a wowcher as gift & tried to redeem. Advised the voucher is expired. No redemption date on voucher but does have THREE different valid from dates on the voucher.
@wowcher Having received a voucher for afternoon tea with 3 different validity dates on the voucher, when trying to book told voucher had expired. Have tried numerous different ways to get to speak to someone including sending an old fashioned letter and still being ignored.
@virginmedia I appreciate that staff are busy but when you hold on for over an hour then get cut off is unacceptable which happened the other night to me & I’m trying again now, not holding out much hope of speaking to retentions! Disgraceful customer service for the price being paid!!
@virginmedia Poor customer service. Been trying to renew contract and every time I speak to one of the call handlers the price changes. Apparently they all have different discount levels. I’ve Just waited over an hour to Retention department to have the line cut off!

@virginmedia No I haven’t got it sorted, several of the call handlers told me they have different discounts available to them. I called 10 minutes after a deal was offered to me to be told the call handler was unable to give me the deal despite a record of the conversation being on my file.
@virginmedia I was told by an agent that they would pass on a message to the original agent who provided the deal offer on Monday to call me back and still have not received any call back. I am unable to call tomorrow due to work commitments.

Totally disappointed in my latest purchase of a second REFLECT360 rucksack. Used today for the first time and the buckle to secure at front strap broke off!
@Georgeatasda I placed an order number 95548343 and unfortunately was unable to pick up the order until yesterday. I was advised that it has been returned and I have been refunded but I have only received a partial refund of £10.
@Hermesparcels what an absolute joke. 4 parcels/next day delivery been delayed with no update being provided. I have no idea why retailers such as @BouxAvenue and @mandmdirect use this farce of a company. So many customers left stressed and unhappy without Christmas presents.

I bought a new washing machine which was delivered on 22 July 2021. Within 3 weeks I had to call an engineer, now on my 3rd engineer visit with the same problem. Shocking!!!!
@NandosUK I attended the Braehead store yesterday and ordered online. The waitress asked it if had been charged twice as the order had been processed twice number 89 and 90. Prior to leaving I checked and hadn’t although checked today and been processed charged twice
