@UK_CAA I didn't get my automatic refund as I paid via DD. So I had to put in my claim on 14th October.........still waiting!!!! If I knew I wouldn't be automatically refunded, I would have claimed on the 7th

@UK_CAA I didn't get my DD refund within 14 days as promised, so had to wait until the deadline to make my manual claim. That now means I'm at the back of the queue. Originally stated within 60 days, now you're saying around 60 days
