@sainsburys had txt at 06:01 to say delivery from Emersons Green Bristol was due 6am-7am. Called them at 8.30am to ask where it was. Was told Store having problems with WiFi but someone should contact me from the store. It’s now 15:27 and I’ve heard nothing all day!

@virginmedia Downloaded the connect app. Connected the hub, great strength in the room that the hub lives. Go to a bedroom approx 5m away and the app can’t find the hub!

@virginmedia problems with broadband and tv in the neighbourhood tonight, rang customer services, but closed due to COVID-19! Using 4g connection, testing via your website says everything is fine and dandy! Well I disagree!! For the price I pay, I expect better service!

Why are the media so loathe to publicise any positive news? Things are improving, there are good news stories out there - people need positive news - a belief that we will get through this - as we are. Just wonder why the media’s default is negative & hysterical ?
