tweet history is just full of the same issue - No help via third party booking. They contract with Airlines/Credit Card booking as the invisible middle agent and then offer no help when needed. They need to be shut down.

@notsureifsane @CapitalOne @hopper @Condor No @CapitalOne helpline in America answered on Monday and was more helpful but connected me again with @Condor. The reality is @hopper is a disgusting business - Literally no contact. @hopper is the middleman in this hiding in the finger pointing circle.

@CapitalOne @hopper @Condor To be clear @Condor, the phone number that @hopper gave you is fake. I called the number your agent gave me and the @hopper recording simply tells me to download the app then hangs up. It's a dead line. @Condor needs to update their representatives that they have the wrong info.

@CapitalOne and @hopper are absolutely deceitful and incompetent. 5 hours of phone calls and @Condor finally told me that @hopper was the real “tour operator”. @hopper phone directs me to their app but because I booked via capital one I have no booking option to get help.

@hopper your customer service is terrible. I called the number @Condor gave me and it simply said “This line isn’t monitored”. Your app can’t help me because I booked through @CapitalOne . Disgusting.

@CapitalOne you’re about to lose my business after 14 years. Deceptive.

#Mastodon is kinda popping off. It is going to be chaotic learning how it works, finding your people (really not that hard for those already posting their address here). I’m excited to see where this goes, is like being at an early party and everyone just started showing up.

@MLE_Online I’m thinking of hosting my own insurance for personal use for this reason, also I’m looking forward to see how it shakes out. This is the drive into a different architecture - we’re building the tracks ahead of the train so to speak. Hopefully gets better from here.
