Catherine Herridge says the question is no longer what the intelligence records reveal about the 2020 election interference.

The question now is whether anyone will be held accountable.

Herridge detailed the “buffet of choices” the administration has available when it comes to criminal statutes to pursue charges against the intelligence officials involved.

HERRIDGE: “I think this is one of the most frustrating things for folks at home and, you know, all over social media is they’re like, what am I going to see a perp walk? When am I going to see criminal charges?”

“I did a little research and they’re actually multiple criminal statutes that were violated here.”

“There’s something which is essentially the abuse of your position as a member of the government, sort of color of law is the statute.”

“There could be violations under the military code of justice.”

“Many of these intelligence agencies fall under the Department of War.”

“There are conspiracy charges and then they’re more ethics violations under the senior executive service.”

“So, in fact, there’s really almost a buffet of choices in terms of picking charges, and the question is whether this administration is going to go the distance here.”

🚨 NYC LANDLORDS JUST SUED MAYOR MAMDANI OVER RIGGED RENT FREEZE

A coalition of landlords is taking Mayor Zohran Mamdani to court after the city imposed a two-year rent freeze on nearly 1 million rent-stabilized apartments.

Their case is simple:

The Rent Guidelines Board is supposed to be independent. Instead, it became a rubber stamp for a campaign promise.

A longtime board member quit the morning of the vote, refusing to participate in what she called a “sham process” where the outcome was dictated first and the data was manipulated to match.

Landlords are getting crushed by soaring taxes, insurance, and utilities. The board’s own data showed many rent-stabilized owners lost money last year. Yet the board still voted for zero increase, for two full years.

Meanwhile, a DSA leader went on national TV and claimed landlords are raking in 12% returns and have no right to “double-digit” profits.

Reality check: Most of these owners are small operators barely staying afloat, especially in the Bronx. The board allegedly understated their costs and overstated their income to justify the freeze.

This isn’t housing policy.

It’s political theater that punishes people who actually keep the buildings standing.
