@opodo Your 90 day refund policy is fraudulent & BS. Mastercard says its 15. You aren’t the only company impacted by covid....

@opodo I have raised this under booking reference numbers 4928915838, 4928951561, 4931767607 & 4945853692 (1 person) using your form but have had no response. Instead, i keep recieving automated emails asking me to claim a voucher. I DO NOT want a voucher. CASH REFUND ONLY PLEASE.

@opodo Hi, i spoke to an adviser earlier today who confirmed via they would refund me but sent me blank emails? Now you have diverted me to a form for what purpose!? Under the any reason cancellation guarantee it stipulates that i am entitled to it so why do i not have this option?

@opodo Hi, I also purchased any reason cancellation guarantee on the tickets which entitles me to a refund and has nothing to do with the airline’s policy and is infact yours. I submitted this and the options that I now have dis-honours the agreement. Please process this request. Thanks

@opodo You’re absoloutley useless. No service, no response, no uk agents to process my request..... just automated emails and a bot that i keep going round in circles with. Biggest fraud to any agency existing.
