if this does not hold in other languages (i'm skeptical)
that would mean it's associative (we as english speakers have decided these sounds are rude)
rather than constitutive (these sounds are cosmically, materially, and spiritually rude)
which is what i want to be true
this guy named etienne bonnot de condillac, friend of rousseau and diderot, thought human speech began by cavemen imitating animal sounds. and some tens of thousands of years later we have Martin Heidegger's Being and Time
love this stuff. there is alpha in creating a psycho-emotional mapping of the IPA, similar to david frawley's mantra yoga and primal sound or steiner's eurythmy
i think they have the coolest argument:
1. the universe is vibrations of consciousness
2. with lots of yoga one can directly perceive these vibrations
3. sanskrit sounds map onto the unique cosmic vibrational signature permeating each object
the guy who discovered the lymphatic system was a devout swedish nationalist who believed adam and eve spoke swedish, god's original language. he also argued hebrew was a derivative of swedish and that sweden is the lost continent of atlantis and the cradle of civilization

this is actually based because if old english guy #2 has every spontaneously uttered "oh my god", guy #1 is basically inviting him to introspect deeper into the structure of his consciousness through the gate of language
it's like aristotle asking us "what do we really mean when we say the word IS" and if you dwell on it for 30 minutes you start sweating and your brain expands
