@nordstromrack the items I ordered were delivered to the wrong state yet my refund is being denied. I’ve called 4 times but your customer service can’t seem to help.

@nordstromrack No. When I replied it went to Nordstrom not Nordstrom Rack and was told they couldn’t help. Major frustrations. Agent reordered wrong item and have been charged x3. No one can help.
