@KCBInKenya @Safaricom_Care is the dead end here. They confirm reversal, but they don't say where the money went. They seem unwilling to support where the reversal will end up in an @AIRTEL_KE Airtel Money account. Where did the reversal transaction number TJTS0CDGT8 go? Not in my account.

@AIRTEL_KE Airtel Money has a feature where you can make payment directly to @Safaricom_Care Mpesa Tills and paybills. There's a challenge with reversals in case you send to non existent account or system experiencing challenges. Currently following up on a "failed" transaction

@KCBInKenya @Safaricom_Care confirm transaction number TJTS0CDGT8, is a reversal TJRS04P3DY, but they don't give information of where the transaction terminated. It didn't end up in my @AIRTEL_KE Airtel Money account. @Safaricom_Care, where did this transaction terminate?

@AIRTEL_KE @Safaricom_Care Could @AIRTEL_KE and @Safaricom_Care resolve these issues. I've been following up on DM and I seem not to be getting any headway.

@AIRTEL_KE @Safaricom_Care These interoperability issues should be resolved as such challenges make cross platform transactions risky. @CAK_Kenya @CA_Kenya and @CBKKenya should look into interoperability issues in mobile money service providers.

@AIRTEL_KE @Safaricom_Care Theres another one which I did to a Mpesa paybill from Airtel Money, but didn't get transaction confirmation message, but the transaction is visible on my statement. It doesn't have a receiving transaction ID, so there's nothing to confirm that the vendor actually received
