Palladium has been struggling to reclaim the 50 EMA and descending resistance over the past few sessions, showing clear signs of weakness at key technical levels.

A potential pennant formation was developing, but today that structure broke down to the downside as resistance held, invalidating the pattern.

Bears stepped in aggressively at the confluence of the 50 EMA and descending trendline, driving a strong bearish continuation candle today that also broke below the 200 EMA.

Repeated rejections at resistance are reinforcing seller confidence while discouraging buyers, leading to increased downside momentum.

Until bulls can reclaim and invalidate these overhead resistance levels, patience is warranted, as the current structure favors continued bearish control.
