The real conspiracy is that we are all taught to be victims
The easiest way to take away someones power is to convince them they need external people and things...
That without money, cars, clothes, girls you can't be happy...without doctors you could never be healthy...without school you can't be smart...
We spend our whole life worshipping others, chasing the next hit of pleasure, doing everything we're told like good little hamster on a hamster wheel to be happy...
And it never works.
Because the truth is that ALL of our power is within. And the more we chase and defer to others, the more we forget this.
After all these years trying to go about health and happiness the same ways as many others, I'm finally realizing what all religions taught -- the kingdom of heaven is within.
Everything youve ever wanted is here right now, you just cant see it.
Imagine if our whole society realized this? Almost every single big industry would come toppling down, because we wouldnt be clamoring for others approval so much.
Our society would be geared around us all realizing this truth instead of "chasing happiness."
Regarding health, I believe the same is true. You are never a victim of your health. Disease is always a message, a sign that something is going wrong INSIDE you that YOU have the power to address.
Sickness isnt a pill deficiency. It's some dysfunctional pattern coming to light so that you and ONLY YOU can heal it.
We all have an innate INTERNAL power of intuition that's more intelligent than any supercomputer in the world, but we've totally forgotten how to access it.
We are divine self regenerating, hyperintelligent creatures of love, beauty and happiness, but we've all forgotten.
There is nothing you need from anyone or anything. But there are beautiful, loving things you get to share with other people.
Once you realize this, you can never be controlled again.
This is real freedom.

6 Day a Week Push Pull Legs Schedule:
I wrote this program up years ago, the client in question wanted to train A LOT and was very adamant on getting stronger on as many lifts as possible
Funny enough, it worked great
Monday-Bench Press, Incline DB Press, Dips
Tuesday-Seated Rows, T-Bar Rows, DB Rows or Cable Rows, bicep curls
Wednesday-Squats, Split Squats, Leg Press, Calves
Thursday-Shoulder Press, Lateral Raises, Pushdowns
Friday-Pullups or Chinups, Pulldowns with opposite grip of first exercise, bicep curls
Saturday-Deadlifts RDLs or Stiff legs, Leg curls, Calves
The loading was pretty basic, he would do sets of 5 on the barbell stuff, 6-10 reps for most everything else, 2-3 sets
The workouts were SHORT, never did more than 3 movements, and rarely took more than 30 minutes
Only two times in history we have seen at least 300k gain in payrolls while unemployment rate ticked UP by at least 0.3% m/m: July 1984 and now May 2023
