Hard to find a worse case of govt mismanagement (aside from the way they’ve managed health care, of course, which is beyond comparison and getting steadily worse)
@hollyanndoan@GGCanada@BryanPassifiume@RideauHall She can keep making cuts that were viewed as excessive by the tax payers. She should forgo her pension as she already has a very good one from her years on the court.
BC patients are waiting too long for specialist care.
Urgent: 4 weeks
Semi-urgent: 10 weeks
Non-urgent: 10 months
Many specialties: 12+ months
Waitlists are up another 10%, yet the Ministry still does not formally track specialist waitlists.
You can’t fix what you don’t measure.

Had the NDP not cancelled the tunnel replacement in 2017, the 10 lane bridge would have opened in fall 2022.
Now the government is broke. The tunnel replacement is still in limbo and now the NDP have fired the contractor.
This isn’t leadership. It’s pure incompetence.

Scott Gilmour went to public school and always assumed his kids would, too. But last year Mr. Gilmour and his wife enrolled their son in junior kindergarten at a private school and plan to do the same for their daughter next year.
Part of the reasoning was a family connection: His wife attended that same school, and his son’s cousins are going there now. But it was also the “accountability” that private schools have to their students and families, said Mr. Gilmour, who owns an insurance brokerage in Winnipeg.
Mr. Gilmour said the tuition cost, about $15,000 a year per child, is a worthwhile investment.
“It’s in the budget,” he said. “That said, if it wasn’t or if things changed, it’s something I would make a sacrifice for...I don’t think it’s necessary, but it’s really important to me where my kids are put in the best position to live happy, fulfilling lives.”

California is one of the most dynamic places on the planet.
But it is a case study in how a rich society can spend more and more while producing less and less of what its ordinary citizens need.
My take:
🇺🇸🤖🇨🇦🤐 : Mark Carney is asked how the USA fits into Carney’s New World Order agenda.
Carney says the USA can help with Ai safety.
Mark then says Canada is focused on child safety.
Canada allows children to use taxpayer funded hard drugs behind parents backs.
Children are provided taxpayer funded snorting kits, needles & naloxone in schools & in youth only clinics.
Taxpayers also pay for guides encouraging children to use hard drugs with their friends.
Under such WOKE leadership, child overdose went from obscure, to the #1 cause of death of children in BC. With virtually no punishment for those peddling hard drugs to kids.
Canada also encourages children to explore gender identity at any age. Despite the government knowing this can cause all kinds of psychological issues.
If parents don’t play along, the government takes the children away from the parent(s) and puts the children in foster care.
But Mark Carney believes all of that is nothing compared to protecting children from social media, until they're 17.
Of course in order to protect children from social media, the government will have to make us all prove our identity online, so the government can track everything we do.
Are Liberals so mentally broken, they actually think this will protect children?
BREAKING NEWS:
Mark Carney just planted the first tree from Trudeau’s 2 billion tree promise.
In Ireland.
Only 1,999,999,999 to go.
Maybe Canada gets the next one.
