What you’re doing matters but who you’re doing it with is just as important. I’m grateful for this community and their unconditional love and support. I wouldn’t want to do life without them!
My prayer when I speak to teens and adolescents is that they relate to certain parts of my story, realize the potential consequences of misusing substances, and begin to believe that a fun, adventurous, and meaningful life is possible without the use of drugs or alcohol.
Thank you to all who have served our country and sacrificed so much for the freedom that we so often take for granted. God bless our Veterans and their families! 🇺🇸

It was great to spend some time with Immerse Arkansas today. We discussed how to identify an opioid overdose, administer Narcan, and provide potential treatment options. I’m excited about the work this organization is doing with young adults! @ImmerseArkansas

The 5th Annual Bridge the Gap Overdose and Fentanyl Awareness Event is always bittersweet. It was pretty special to look up, while a mother who had lost her son was talking, and see a rainbow peaking through the clouds.
