Good morning fellow hippies✌️
Life is a difficult journey, and no one is guaranteed an easy path. Just remember to never give up when it gets hard because you’ll eventually learn to become stronger along the way

With all we know about ICE's abuse in places like Delaney Hall and the affordability crisis hurting American families, Trump and Republicans are ramming through billions in new ICE funding. It's either money for you or money for ICE's lawlessness. That's our choice in November.
Brad Paisley urges his followers to sign a petition to stop the construction of a 69,000-square-foot data center that would be 50 yards from the Nashville Zoo, which he called “an absolute nightmare scenario” in an Instagram Reel. https://t.co/EmxKUw5oav
Good morning and Happy Wednesday to everyone who agrees that the audio of Speaker Johnson ADMITTING that he's planning on cutting Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security SHOULD BE A HUGE STORY.
Don't let him slide on this.
Russia: 75% divorce rate. Collapsed birth rates. Sky-high alcoholism, sex-trafficking, and domestic abuse. Very low church attendance.
The only way you can say Russia isn’t in sharper decline is if you’re being paid to say that.
Coincidently, know the op when you see it.
⛈️ Scattered showers and storms are forecast to develop this afternoon and evening. A few storms could be strong to severe, with locally damaging winds and brief heavy downpours possible. #PAwx#NJwx#DEwx#MDwx
Here is to defiant joy.
Here is a resilient spirit.
Here is to showing up fully for others, especially the small, the overlooked, and those in need.
My father used to say there are two ways to live in this world: as a thermometer or as a thermostat. One reflects the energy around it. The other changes it.
This man is a thermostat.
His joy is contagious. His care is evident. His spirit lifts everyone around him, including a lot of very lucky dogs.
May we all choose to be thermostats. May we bring warmth where there is coldness, cool when things are unbearably hot, and comfort to others who are dealing with a world that can be too harsh and unforgiving.

An interesting poll: the most important and beloved holiday of the year for Ukrainians is Easter, chosen by 67% of respondents living in Ukraine.
Christmas is almost at the same level, at 66%.
54% named Ukraine's Independence Day (August 24).
53% chose Defenders of Ukraine Day (October 1).
40% named New Year's Day — a surprisingly low figure.
What's particularly interesting is that International Women's Day (March 8) is now considered a favorite holiday by only 24% of Ukrainians, Victory Day in World War II by just 11%, and Labor Day (May 1) by only 5%.
Political holidays that were part of the post-Soviet mindset for decades are rapidly fading in importance, while Ukrainians are increasingly placing the major Christian holidays and patriotic national dates at the center of their lives.
Good god this is a crazy interview. Listen as Scott Pelley describes how Bari Weiss wanted journalists at CBS to cover the killing of Renee Good in Minnesota. This is why we can’t have oligarchs running our news outlets, this is absolutely devastating.
🇺🇦🇬🇧🇫🇷🇩🇪 Ukraine, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany have agreed on five conditions for a sustainable peace
Following a meeting in London, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Keir Starmer, Emmanuel Macron, and Friedrich Merz endorsed the following principles:
▪️ A complete ceasefire as a prerequisite for launching a peace process;
▪️ The current front line should serve as the starting point for further negotiations;
▪️ Once a ceasefire takes effect, Ukraine must receive reliable and legally binding security guarantees, including the possible deployment of multinational forces;
▪️ Russian assets will remain frozen until Russia ends its war and compensates Ukraine for the damage caused;
▪️ Any decisions involving the EU or NATO must be approved by the member states of those organizations.
The leaders stressed that any future settlement must ensure long-term security for Ukraine and Europe.
