@KLM @Delta I need help resolving an involuntary schedule change that neither airline is taking ownership of.
I booked PIT–MSP–FCO specifically to connect in MSP. Delta changed my itinerary without notification and rebooked me via DTW.
KLM is telling me Delta canceled the MSP flight and they cannot rebook me. However, that exact PIT–MSP flight is currently available for sale.
I’ve now spent over an hour being redirected between both airlines with no resolution.
This was an involuntary change. I am simply asking to be restored to my original MSP routing.
Can someone please take ownership and rebook this correctly?

@eddiemerlots Not sure what was going on at your Pittsburgh location last night; we had an 8:00 reservation; arrived at 7:50; and were told we would have a 45-60 minute wait. We were offered a free appetizer (which we didn’t receive).
Despite the poor mgt of the situation by the mgr/host stand (no honest explanation was ever given, no apology made and they didn’t follow through on the app offer), our server, Armindo (who has waited on us numerous times), more than made up for the unfortunate start to our visit. He is a gem and is the ONLY reason you didn’t lose my family as continuing customers.

@eddiemerlots What is happening at your Pgh location? Had an 8:00 reservation for a family Xmas dinner. Arrived 7:50 and was told it would be an hour wait. (Offered a free app as compensation.🤨) May have just lost me as a loyal customer. Very disappointing.

So thrilled to learn that buying @TSOrocks tickets at @PPGPaintsArena through @Ticketmaster is basically a trip into a corporate escape room. Accidentally bought the afternoon show instead of the evening one; seats for evening show are wide open, and yet TM says the “secret organizers” won’t allow a simple swap.
Given Ticketmaster’s long, well-earned reputation for making customer-friendly policies impossible, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised — still astonishing to experience firsthand.
Truly inspiring customer care. If only the rest of us could aspire to this level of rigidity.
