On this Kentucky Derby day, here’s your reminder that Secretariat was faster than any horse who has ever lived. The year is 1973 and this is his track record run. Untouched for 53 years. The GOAT.
-He brought pride back to the program. -He brought us New Years Day bowl wins over Ohio State…in back to back years.
-He brought National recognition.
-He brought us goal post tearing down wins.
-He brought us Steve Spurrier.
-He brought the city of Columbia a homeless shelter.
-He gave us a father figure and husband to look up to.
Coach Holtz will forever be one of my favorite head coaches at South Carolina. My condolences to his family.
Rest in peace Coach
Of all the sports that I loved as a kid, college basketball has fallen the farthest for me. I just don’t give a shit anymore. It used to be so good. Young people today can’t even understand what we know.
Activists say, "Climate change is worsening droughts!”
But: Globally, drought has not increased since 1900.
And in the U.S., the EPA says the last 50 years were wetter than average.
The activists and the media (is there a difference?) get so much wrong about climate change:
"I love this country...I'm so proud to be an American." - USA hockey hero Jack Hughes immediately after winning the gold medal.
I love our men's and women's national hockey teams. A different breed of person.
An example for all young athletes to follow.
Ever wonder why we’re called the “left” and the “right”?
The Bible already told us 3,000 years ago:
“The heart of the wise inclines to the right,
but the heart of the fool to the left.”
— Ecclesiastes 10:2
It’s not political. It’s prophetic. 🙌
RIP to my favorite Presidents Day fun fact.
John Tyler, our 10th president, had a grandson alive until last May.
John had a son while in his 60s.
That son had a kid while in his 70s.
And that kid, Harrison Tyler, passed away last year at age 96.
So… New fun fact:
John was born during Washington administration. So 3 generations of Tylers span EVERY PRESIDENCY IN AMERICAN HISTORY.
Information in the 70s: took up your whole fucking bookshelf, maybe a little outdated, 97% accurate.
Information today: fits in your pocket, 97% bullshit and animal videos.
Advantage: 70s
😂🔥 This satire is so convincing it should come with a warning.
Nick Peterson just dropped the “Quality Learing Center” parody ad — and it looks uncomfortably real.
Hat guy in full infomercial overdrive.
Chalkboard classroom.
“NEVER STOP LEARING” wall.
Phone numbers flashing nonstop like a late-night TV commercial meltdown.
It absolutely nails the viral MN “Quality Learing Center” meme — typo sign legend, ghost vibes, funding drama, shutdown chaos — all baked in.
Watch till the end — the phone-number payoff is unreal. It looks so legit you’ll question everything… spot any lies? 👀
Hit play right now and check for yourself:
@thenickpeterson is a menace.
