Sorry, but NO. Heads must roll. They always use the phrase “lessons will be learned”…but they never are. The only way actual change will come about is if people lose their jobs and their pensions. From top to bottom people need to be kicked out. As more info emerges it’s clear this was not just a terrible mistake on the night from some officers. Digwa was not even searched let alone handcuffed. That stems from a policy, not a mistake. Hampshire police continued to try to demonise Henry even after he’d died. That comes from self protection and a culture, not from a mistake.

Do NOT let up, do NOT let them off the hook.
