Some patients in hospital in Goose Bay are being discharged early, and will be connected with home and community care
It's all because a shortage of registered nurses in Goose Bay

Labrador Health Centre in Goose Bay is diverting all obstetrical services to Labrador City for the next month (a 5 hour drive away)
It's also sending all medevacs from the coast of Labrador to other centres (much further flight)
Emergency department will remain open
