Due to the low attendance during the mornings, we are going to have lifting/conditioning at 6 pm starting tomorrow evening (Wednesday, June 5th) If you have any conflicts with the time, please let me know. We need you here!!!

Talked to Alma this morning and they are putting the first coat of paint on the weight room floor...so, no weights today. Please, if you have the opportunity, try to lift at EKPT or the Sportsplex. I again apologize for losing another day.
