Shut them down in the hot spots but nowhere else. It is time for this government to do something that makes sense.

@JaimePineau I agree that an increase in mill rate right now is unfavourable. It might have been unavoidable as costs rise everywhere. We kept our mill rate the same as last year but it was a struggle to do that while keeping service levels the same. #mgmt0180
