@jagograhakjago @ComplaintBoxTV ordered an item from @amazon IN 5 days ago, it was delivered drenched, requested replacement whch waa approved by @amazonIN but nothing rcd so far. Getting frustrating. This is 3 rd such experience in a month

In 24 hrs I experienced the same disappointment with my next order 408-2074044-1081155. Drenched package was delivered and replacement due to be delivered this afternoon not here yet ( it is midnight). Amazon acing the art of dissapointing customers with ease and regularly. 🙌🏻

@Swiggy I have received sub standard quality food. Am trying to get a full refund but due to absolutely pathetic customer service it has been 48 hours without resolution. your team is filled with rude members who end chats and calls without waiting for response.
