People have lost their fucking minds over food.
I honestly don’t care what anybody eats. Live on cereal, vegan sausages and oat milk if that’s what you want to do.
But don’t tell me that eating real food is the dangerous option.
I eat meat.
“That much red meat can’t be good for you.”
I eat eggs.
“Every day?!”
I cook in beef fat.
“You need to worry about your cholesterol.”
I don’t eat bread.
“You need carbohydrates for energy.”
I don’t eat fibre.
“You must shit bricks.”
Apparently I’m about three fry-ups away from death.
Meanwhile we’ve got fake meat made from a list of ingredients that takes half the packet to print.
Milk that didn’t come from an animal. Protein bars with fake sugar and seed oils. Breakfast cereals with synthetic vitamins added back in and low-fat crap covered in marketing words like “healthy”, “plant based” and “high protein”.
And that’s normal?
Nobody bats an eyelid.
But put a steak on a plate with four eggs and suddenly everyone has concerns.
The brainwashing has worked so well.
People will confidently tell me that meat is dangerous while pushing a trolley full of shit that didn’t even exist 100 years ago.
And they’re absolutely certain about it.
They don’t use their fucking brains anymore to question anything.
Look at how many people are obese. Look at how common type 2 diabetes and fatty liver have become. But let’s focus on heart disease because it’’s supposed to be caused by cholesterol. Nothing to do with amount sugar and carbs they are shoving into their bodies all day long.
They have somehow decided the problem is beef, eggs and butter.
Open your eyes!
Something has gone very wrong with what we’ve been taught to call normal.
How the hell did we get to a point where real food became extreme and factory-made food became normal?
Rant over 🤣
We are quietly isolating an entire generation of older people from society, and nobody seems to give a damn.
I took my 84-year-old grandfather to his local bank branch on Friday.
The exact same brick-and-mortar branch where he opened his first account in 1978.
We pull up to the front doors. They’re locked.
Inside is an empty lobby with a small sign: “Cashless Service Hub.”
A young guy in a polo shirt opens the door and tells us:
“We don't handle teller deposits or paper checks here anymore. You just need to download the mobile portal and scan your routing number.”
My grandfather pulls out an old flip phone with a cracked screen and a paper pension check from his coat pocket.
His hands were visibly shaking.
The employee just shrugs.
“You can do it on an iPad, or have a family member manage the app for you.”
This man worked forty-two years in a manufacturing plant. Paid his taxes. Fought for this country.
And now he is made to feel completely useless and stripped of his dignity because he doesn't own an iOS device.
Tech isn't making life easier if it completely locks out the people who built the world we’re living in.
Are your elderly parents or grandparents running into this wall too?
Dr. Ben Carson urges, "Do NOT allow what was done during COVID to be 'swept under the rug'."
"Dr. Fauci admitted there was no science behind ANY of what he was saying."
"We know the side effects from COVID vaccinations far exceed anything else in the last 30 years combined."
Little Trigger is really starting to come alive again. He can’t stop smiling.
His fur is growing back and his energy levels are good. A lovely little dog
Bill Maher just said the quiet part out loud.
Liberals are furious Trump renamed Lake Ontario to Lake America.
Their argument: you can’t just rename things to fit a political agenda.
Maher’s reply:
“Just ask any Latinx birthing person.”
They spent a decade renaming women, bathrooms, and entire languages.
Now they’re clutching pearls over a lake.
That’s not principle.
That’s a monopoly on the dictionary they thought they owned.
I never get bored of seeing Chance so happy.
I called her Chance as I hoped as an older girl she might get a 2nd Chance at life after being cruelly stabbed in the stomach.
She loves her name ❤️
Dr Eric Nepute was sued by the US Gov't for over $500 BILLION, for helping patients & talking about prevention with Vitamin D, Quercetin & Zinc.
Dr Nepute treated over 11,000 patients during Covid - not one died - yet the Biden Administration went after him because they didn’t want prevention or early treatment.
They wanted people funneled into hospitals, given Remdesivir & put on ventilators.
The truth about the medical scams during the pandemic have come out...yet, Dr Nepute is still deplatformed, demonetized, banned, lost millions in legal fees & had to start his life over...all while Fauci, Gates & others increased their wealth by billions with no persecution.

"We do adoption events every month. Yesterday was our biggest one. Forty-two dogs found homes. It was a wonderful day. Winston did not find a home. He is eleven years old. He is large. He is silver-gray and his whole muzzle is white and his eyes are the color of a winter morning and he is the gentlest dog I have ever put on a leash. He sat in the same spot for six hours. He did not pace. He did not bark. He watched every dog around him get chosen and he wagged his tail for every family that walked past him without stopping. Every single one. For six hours. At 5pm when the last family had left and the last car had pulled out of the parking lot I turned around and Winston was sitting at the edge of the empty lot wagging his tail at the space where the people had been. I sat down on the asphalt beside him. I put my hand on his silver back. He leaned into me. I don't have a word for what I felt. I have worked in rescue for nine years. I have never sat on a parking lot asphalt at the end of a failed adoption event and felt so completely undone and so completely certain simultaneously. Undone because he deserves everything. Certain because he is going to be okay. Both at the same time. Both because of him. He wagged at the empty parking lot. That is who Winston is. That is who he has been every day of his eleven years. Share this for Winston. He wagged at the empty parking lot. The least we can do is find him someone to wag at who stays.

A California mother is heading to federal prison for three years after trying to stop her teenage son from transitioning... thanks to the Biden regime and Democrats!!
Shana Gaviola refused to affirm her son’s desire to transition after his California school began socially transitioning him without her consent and limited her access to information.
In 2021, following a restraining order obtained by the boy, she arranged for him to be taken to a structured Christian boarding school in Missouri.
She was federally prosecuted under Biden, convicted of interstate violation of that protective order, and sentenced to 36 months.
She reports to prison next week. Her son is now 21 and never transitioned.
A mother with no prior criminal record received nearly the maximum sentence for attempting to protect her child from what she believed was irreversible harm.
Parental rights mean little if a school can override a parent and the federal government then prosecutes the parent for trying to intervene.
This case deserves immediate review before she surrenders.
"Her name is Grace. She is 10 years old. She has been in our shelter since 2018. Every single morning for six years she comes to the front of her kennel when she hears footsteps in the corridor. Every single morning the footsteps walk past. Every single morning she goes back to her bed. Every single morning she comes back to the front when she hears the next footsteps. I have worked here for nine years. I have walked past kennel 4 more times than I can count. This morning I stopped. I don't know why this morning. I just stopped. And she looked at me through that chain-link with those pale eyes of hers and wagged her tail — slowly, like she has learned to be careful with hoping — and I had to walk to the back room and sit down for a while. I am the director of this shelter. I have made thousands of hard decisions in nine years. I have never cried in the back room before today. Her name is Grace. She is 10 years old. She still comes to the front. Every single morning. She has never once stopped. Please share this. Please. She deserves a tomorrow that is different from today." Six years of footsteps. Six years of coming to the front. Six years of the footsteps walking past and going back to the bed and coming back to the front when the next footsteps come. Ten years old. Almost entirely white muzzle. Pale eyes that see everything. A tail that has learned to wag carefully because hope is a resource and six years teaches you to spend it carefully but never to stop spending it. She has never stopped spending it. Every morning. The front of the kennel. The footsteps. The careful wag. She is still here. She has been here since the year your child was in second grade. Since the year you got that job. Since the year everything changed for you in whatever way everything changed — she has been coming to the front of this kennel since before all of it and she is still coming to the front and the footsteps are still walking past and she is still going back to her bed and coming back tomorrow. Her name is Grace. She earned that name six years ago when they wrote it on the kennel card. She has been earning it every morning since. Drop a ❤️ for Grace. Share this until it reaches the home that has been waiting for her without knowing her name yet. She knows how to wait. She has been teaching herself for six years. She can wait a little longer. But please — not much longer.
