Trying to pre order a Switch 2. Shitty experience at @Target (item in cart but "we're busy" messages preventing checkout). @Walmart has me in a "line" with no line of sight to when "my turn" will be. @BestBuy isn't even live with their preorders yet. Does nobody want my money?

@JoinDrop your user experience blows. I’ve been trying to redeem for gift cards every week for months. Nothing. I get in immediately, select my gift card…it stays on “checking our gift card inventory” for SEVERAL minutes, and then says “just missed it”
Well @dominos after 1 hr and 45 minutes, I called the store and they hadn’t put the pizza in the oven yet. I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund. It’s frustrating for 3 reasons. 1) we wanted pizza. 2) it wasted our time 3) manager response. And no response from you?
@dominos over 1hour since I ordered. the store hasn’t even started making the food yet! I just called (Edina MN) and a very sassy manager named Joseph explained that he’d start making it in “15-20” and that the reason he couldn’t do it now is because he was on the phone with me
@ArianaDeBose my husband and I (happy Pride!) will be attending the Tonys on Sunday up in the “cheap” seats as a 40th bday bucket list trip…if you need to surprise anyone and upgrade them to floor seats, I know a guy! (Or two!) 😉
