Transgender rights and protections is not a debate. Visibility will never be subdue.
We will keep engaging transgender women through sessions to ensure all trans women are carried along in the fight for equality and inclusion.

On the International Day for Countering Hate Speech, we reaffirm that transgender and LGBTQI+ people deserve to live with dignity, safety, and respect.
Hate speech fuels discrimination, violence, exclusion, and barriers to accessing essential services.
Trans Women are not invisible. We are clearly capable of being involved in policy reform, inclusive society, Education, economic empowerment and development, security, Health, governance, community growth.
We are not asking to be considered worthy of value. We are worthy 🏳️⚧️
KCHC stands in solidarity with LGBTQI communities in Ghana. We reject discrimination, criminalization, and all forms of hate. Together, we must defend our rights, our dignity, and our future.
🏳️🌈 Stand with Ghana. Stand for equality. Stand for human rights.

No protection means preventable deaths. We are demanding disaggregated, inclusive data that reflects every life at risk. Because in public health, invisibility is never neutral it is lethal.

"You cannot end an epidemic you refuse to fully see. Transgender Nigerians face some of the highest HIV risks in the country — yet national surveys continue to exclude them from data collection. No data means no targeted programs. No programs means no protection.
We see you. We celebrate you. Trans women, queer folk, and every shade of gender diversity, your existence is resistance and your joy is revolutionary. Happy Pride Month! 🏳️⚧️

Threats will never erase us.
Trans women are not enemies, not punchlines, and not targets. We are human beings fighting every day to survive, love, and exist freely.
No politician’s hatred is stronger than our courage, our community, or our right to live.

We were honored to host the ISDAO team at the KCHC office. Their visit was not only a moment of connection but also a powerful validation of the work we continue to do in advancing visibility and human rights.
Hearing their kind words and recognition of our impact strengthens...
