@TheAA_UK I strongly disagree with the decision and feel that it is not in line with them. I feel that I have quite clearly been treated unfairly and that the decision does not make sense. I would like to discuss this further with someone snr.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They really don't care about helping you. Will get out of fulfilling their commitment wherever possible on technicalities to save themselves money. Doesn't seem seem fair when you've been a customer for nearly 20 years & pay £600 a year.

This is why the admissions pharmacist is essential- pharmacist went to see a Parkinson’s patient. he was all hunched over, really stiff and drooling everywhere, the nurses were saying they couldn't get him up and that he hadn't been able to open his eyes even.
