@chola_ms You guys are the worst and I appeal everyone that never buy policies from them. I renewed my motor insurance on 6th march 2026, its been over 2 months, i havent got the policy. Numerous complaints raised, bhima bharosa complaint raised too, but still no resolution!

@DTDCIndia Normal citizens are not heard here @jagograhakjago . We are normal tax paying law abiding citizens and we are treated like we are nothing! @DTDCIndia I wish you do something to rectify this! My repeated attempts since 8 days are in vain. P.S. greivence redressal email doesnt work

Dear @DTDCIndia I know you are a big company and I used to respect you but not anymore! You have held my package hostage after I cancelled it and you picked it up without updating the status on the app and the website. Your customer service is a joke <continued in comments>
