@ChrisKirk_ASP@erikmagraken The lawyer loosely mentions CTE in the facts then sued everlast at the very end of the suit for a manufacturing defect. This is an equal pay lawsuit and the first of its kind. Pitching it as anything other that that is irresponsible and inaccurate. Whatever. MEN
@BadmonLeaf@erikmagraken It’s a very well written suit that was carefully drafted by a lawyer with over 25 yrs trial experience and a solid team of lawyers at the firm. It’s not really a lawsuit “for brain damage” it’s equal pay violations by DiBella and manufacturing defects by Everlast
@ChrisKirk_ASP@erikmagraken Did you read the complaint? I’ve worked in civil litigation since 08, this is a great lawsuit, the first equal pay lawsuit to ever be filed in boxing. The owner of the firm that drafted the suit has 25years of trial experience. This suit will make waves. Has like 10 legs. Tf
@erikmagraken It’s also funny when people try to oust ghost writers for winning motion practice while the lazy loser side uses AI and copy pastes from Google scholar - who cares. A win is a win
@LamboJohnny@StockJabber I was confused how it bottomed out over non corporate raids and subsequent temporary shut downs that have been going on for decades. Industry standard
@smatthewschultz@CleanSpark_Inc Could we get more information on all the current litigation such as the shareholder class actions and the pending lawsuit your employee filed against you?
Is it true that CLSK didn’t realize it purchased vehicles in the last acquisition and they’re still not registered?
