@AmazonHelp Order a HDD worth INR 7000 and packaged item is sent with INR 7. After calling AmazonHelp, they say "They understood our problem". Guys, its your process issue and you need to identify the root cause. Do you understand the problem due to delayed product replacement ?

@ICICIPruLife For a longtime loyal customer, a service executive visits and convince to re-invest partial surrender value of Pension plan into some other plans and all surrender value becomes tax exempted.
Upon doing such investment of surrender value, now service executive denies to give Tax Exemption certificate for the surrender value. The follow up is done for 6 months and now executive gives "No TDS is cut certificate". Learn from @ICICIPruLife, how to fool the customers.
This is how ICICIPruMF customer care fool people. They are not providing what they committed. Now they are just giving arbitrary certificates to mention as complaint is taken care.
