.@conservmillen is correct: under the Biden admin, schools that resisted gender ideology faced losing lunch funds for needy kids. @ADFLegal helped Rapides Parish (LA) school district sue USDA over this policy. It was resolved when Trump took office & rescinded the Biden policy.
I’m grateful for this model of a civil discussion from both sides.
It was @ADFLegal’s honor to represent all three of these brave Coloradans—Jack Phillips, Lorie Smith, and Kaley Chiles—at the Supreme Court. The First Amendment rights of every American are more secure thanks to their courage.
Colorado is welcome to start respecting the Constitution any time. Until then, we’ll see them in court.
Holding a microphone doesn’t give you special rights to trespass on private property.
I discussed Don Lemon’s storming of a Minnesota church on today’s episode of @MorningWire.
UPDATE: This morning the Court rescheduled its conference on Littlejohn (again). Foote should still be conferenced tomorrow.
We continue to watch, wait, and pray SCOTUS agrees to weigh in on this vital parental rights issue.

Gender ideology and abortion leave a trail of brokenness and destroyed lives wherever they go—and their harms always seem to fall hardest on women and children.
These dangerous ideologies are wrong for Virginia. They certainly don’t belong in the Virginia Constitution. /🧵
Enough is enough.
The violence against Christians in Nigeria, and around the world, is a crisis that cant be ignored.
Now more than ever, we have a chance to turn the tide, end the persecution, and protect religious freedom.
📢 @Sean_ADFIntl at the US Capitol yesterday, hosted by @forthemartyrs :

I thank Dr. Leatherwood for his decision today and I thank him for his service to the Lord and Southern Baptists. I believe he is my brother in Christ, and I know that today is probably a hard day for him. I pray God’s grace upon him and his future endeavors. I do believe this is the right decision for him and our ERLC. Our ERLC must now begin the hard work of regaining the trust of Southern Baptists. We need leaders who are not ashamed of Southern Baptists and who understand their role to faithfully represent us and our convictions. We need a leader at the ERLC who understands our pastors and our churches and has both the skills and the heart to serve them. Much work remains to overcome the divide that has emerged in our Southern Baptist family. This is not an end, but we pray it is a beginning or at least an important step in that direction.
If NPR had put a single conservative on air at 2 AM Saturdays — a Ben Shapiro, Dave Ramsey on money, a college Republican with a roving mic — it would’ve been something.
Instead, it was nothing.
Every conservative talks wistfully about the old PHC — but everybody knew Keillor was liberal. He was just good natured about the conservatives of his youth.
I understand his departure, but not the failure to find a good replacement by 2025.
🚨 BREAKING: THIS IS HUGE!
The senate just confirmed Pro-Life Doctor Marty Makary will head the FDA!!! Having a Pro-Life Doctor in charge will be HUGE in the fight against the abortion pill!
Another productive day in Jefferson City…How can it be otherwise when you get to visit with a friend like @BenBakerMO! I enjoy keeping people up to speed on all the work being done by @ADFLegal.
Today marks a huge win for @ADFLegal’s effort to roll back wokeness in corporate America.
That thing that supposedly “never happens”—the targeted debanking of religious conservatives—was just addressed by @JPMorgan with a major policy change. Chase has agreed to adopt language in its Code of Conduct to protect against future instances of political or religious debanking.
This is sea change in the financial industry. Behemoths like Chase and @BofA have come under fire (from ADF and others, including @realDonaldTrump) for canceling conservatives’ accounts with little to no explanation in recent years.
When Canada froze the bank accounts of Freedom Convoy truckers in 2022, conservatives and civil libertarians were appalled. But big banks that can shut down your account without explanation are no less a threat than big government.
That’s why ADF has made this issue a top priority, led by @Jeremy_Tedesco. Many thanks to our key partners: @JerryLeeBowyer, @DavidBahnsen, @SFOF_States, 15 state attorneys general led by @KrisKobach1787, and so many more.
Finally, thanks to JPMorgan Chase for hearing our concerns and taking action to address them. May more financial institutions follow their lead.
@FoxBusiness has the whole story: https://t.co/UHXUJkf6E0
