The Kansas City Royals have created a wild new dish on a slab of Hawaiian Rolls 😮
The "Grand Slam BBQ Showdown" features smoked sausage & brisket, fried mac & cheese, pickles and BBQ sauce on a garlic buttered Hawaiian Roll slab 🤤

On this day in Royals history:
Aug. 26, 1991, Bret Saberhagen threw a no-hitter against the White Sox, winning 7-0 at Royals Stadium. He got Frank Thomas for the final out. Thirty-five years later, it remains the last no-hitter thrown by a Royals pitcher. 👑⚾
@baldridgeburner@cagsbomb14@royal_reportt At least you aren’t a bandwagon fan. It’s good to see a real fan. 👍🏻. We’ve seen plenty of horrific seasons ourselves, that’s for sure.
Randy Dobnak, Nate Pearson, Connor Thomas, and Craig Kimbrel were all DFA’d or traded for cash.
(#Royals traded Max Martin to Houston after Pearson was DFA’d).
They’ve combined to throw 68.2 innings and allowed nine earned runs (1.18 ERA).
Dobnak’s thrown 45.2 of those.
@NQuatrocky@ellis_brycen@ryan_landreth It all depends on pitching. I don’t think it’s a 70 win team if we have good pitching. It’s the bullpen that needs a complete overhaul, and the rotation needs help because of the injuries
@ryan_landreth I think Sal will still be here. I don’t see him going anywhere. Playing time should be reduced. But he’s doing what he always does. Starts off terrible and ends hot
